A shocking amount of people is unhappy with their current situation. Too many of us have jobs with no purpose and work for people we don't like. Did you know that it's actually in your own hands to change this?

In the Kickstarter Session, we confront you with your self-responsibility and open up questions, that will guide you towards your own life's vision and purpose. By visualizing the reflection of your self in the mirror, we will lay the foundation for you to succesfully use what is called the "the law of attraction".

Since it is our personal thoughts that create our own perception of reality, we should better be conscious about what's going on inside of us. Unfortunately, we're not aware of the vast majority of thoughts, subconsciously created by what we call our "personality", an accumulation of daily repeated patterns and habits.

So how about breaking old habits in order to create new ones? As changing ones habits requires a lot of persistence and discipline, conquering our weaker self is exactly what we're gonna do together.

LE PROMLÈME

We arrived in times that every one of us is provided with an endless choice of  possible life journeys, we can choose from. As complexity of life increases, we often feel overstrained, not knowing how to escape the suction of our chronical stress as the necessary lifestyle accessory of our generation. We're hungry for happiness, standing right in front of a generously filled refridgerator, not knowing what to cook. We don't even dare to start, cause we're desperately trying to avoid to cook the wrong meal, because education system told us so. If you recognize this kind of situation, maybe what you need is the exact opposite. If life's gettin too complex, the answer has to be simple.

LA SOLUTION

To reflect one's self is only sustainable, when we're able to take what we learned with us and never let it go. in order to change our habits, we need to constantly remember ourselves, until what we're trying to achieve becomes a routine. Now, there are two magic tools that are capable of punching our insights right into our subconscious minds. They are called... wait for it... pen and paper! If you practise visualizing your desired journey and if you hang it up your wall to be confronted with every single day, your life will slowly but steadiy correct its course to follow the true nort, that you yourself defined.

LE PROMLÈME

I hate the fact that most people first need to maneuver themselves to a near death experience, before they realize that it's been themselves, holding the steering wheel. The moment we become conscious, we crave for changing everything at once. "From know on, I'll be a completely different person". We almost always fail to stay true to these kinds of promises, because the obstacle to overcome just became massively huge. So the real challenge is to startsmall, to stay small and to never stop putting one small step after the other one. Because only if we put thousands of unconspicuous bits and pieces together, we'll get a picture that looks conspicuously different.

LA SOLUTION

In order to sustain our progress, it's incredibly important to become aware of the beneficial effects of our new actions, even if they are difficult to see at the beginning of our journey. It's gotta be about learning how to enjoy the process of the journey itself, even if the trails are  steep, not just about reaching a certain goal.

So what we'll do together in the Habit Changer Program, is to get used to do things different than before. We'll committ ourselves to persevere and we'll hold each other accountable for our objectives. And we'll do it intensively. Over a period of six weeks - that's the minimum amount of time we need to grow a new habit - we'll mutually update on a daily basis and push each other to its limits. Sounds a bit painful? It definitely will, I promise!
